The Discover Local Food List is for those interested in the growing number of activities, businesses, celebrations, projects, policies and programs in support of locally grown food in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. The list circulates invitations, announcements, news releases and project summaries that relate to locally grown food in the GTA and throughout Ontario. The list is dependent on readers for suggesting items.

Local Food Ideas List
The Local Food Ideas List is made up of those interested in the growing importance of locally grown food as a choice for many consumers and the possibilities of near-urban agriculture supplying local food choices. The intent of this list is to circulate one news story, essay or book review per day that provides insight into business opportunities, initiatives, policies and programs that will enhance near-urban agriculture with an emphasis on locally grown food.
